What You’ll Do
This role is for a BlackLine Finance Transformation Lead, which delivers implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. This individual will be responsible for leading project teams, as well as serve as an individual contributor, spearheading proposals, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, and growing our TruQua BlackLine practice. This candidate will be highly knowledgeable with required BlackLine Finance Transformation product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements, as well as integration with other modules. This individual will also lead advisory for client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by BlackLine as a strategic asset to their broader Finance Transformation.
Sales and Delivery
You will support sales at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around BlackLine and Finance Transformation for TruQua. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for BlackLine, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals. You will support delivery teams as a techno-functional subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing BlackLine programs and help kickoff and plan new ones.
Additionally, the BlackLine Finance Transformation Lead will bring professional leadership experience in businesses where service, quality and customer responsiveness are tantamount to success. The BlackLine Finance Transformation Lead can draw from past hands-on experience to grow our TruQua BlackLine practice.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven track record in managing complex BlackLine or Finance Transformation projects - specifically with latest & greatest tools/technologies in SAP or BlackLine
- Product expertise and hands-on business experience in BlackLine modules, namely Recs, Tasks, Matching, Journals and Reporting
- Deep knowledge of SAP ERP, FI-CO and latest SAP Financial tools such as SAP S/4HANA Finance a must
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and delivery
- Excellent presentation skills. Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong & discerning listener
- Product expertise and hands-on business experience in Smart Close, Intercompany Hub, Variance and Compliance a plus
- Knowledge of BlackLine complementary tools, namely SAP products, HFM, Adaptive, Host, Tableau
- Knowledge of upcoming changes in BlackLine modules, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.
