No two projects are exactly alike—you could support organizations across healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing industries.
Work side-by-side with experienced strategists, consultants, data specialists, AI practitioners, and business leaders to solve real-world challenges. Through mentorship, career coaching, certifications, AI-enabled consulting, and hands-on client experiences, you'll develop the skills needed to grow into a future consulting leader. Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of business strategy, market analysis, business operations, organizational performance, or transformation concepts.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, evaluate data, identify trends, and develop structured recommendations.
- Exposure to strategy, business analysis, consulting, research, analytics, transformation, or process improvement initiatives through coursework, projects, internships, case competitions, or student organizations.
- Understanding of how technology, data, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation are reshaping industries and business models.
- Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and business audiences through presentations, reports, or collaborative projects.
