Your Role And Responsibilities
The Entry‑Level SAP SCM Analyst supports the design, configuration, and execution of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes. This role is ideal for candidates beginning their SAP or supply chain careers and offers hands-on exposure to SAP systems, business processes, and enterprise transformations.
The role works under the guidance of senior consultants, functional leads, and solution architects while developing core SAP SCM and business process expertise.
Key Responsibilities
SAP & Supply Chain Support
Support SAP SCM Modules Such As
Materials Management (MM)
Sales & Distribution (SD)
Production Planning (PP)
Basic exposure to SAP IBP, APO, or EWM (as applicable)
Assist with system configuration, data setup, and testing activities
Support business requirements gathering and documentation
Execute test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Business Process Assistance
Learn and support end‑to‑end supply chain processes including:
Demand and supply planning
Procurement and inventory management
Manufacturing and logistics execution
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
Support reporting, analytics, and data validation activities
Project & Team Collaboration
Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users
Participate in project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Document process flows, functional specifications, and configuration changes
Provide go‑live and post‑go‑live support as needed
Learning & Development
Build foundational SAP knowledge through hands-on system exposure and training
Stay current on SAP SCM functionality and supply chain best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

or a related field
Preferred Education

Experience
Required technical and professional expertise
0-2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, IT, or ERP-related roles
Internship, co‑op, or academic project experience with SAP or ERP systems strongly preferred
Technical & Functional Skills
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (procurement, planning, logistics)
Exposure to SAP (MM, PP, SD, SCM, IBP) through coursework, training, or internships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; basic data analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
SAP coursework, training, or certification (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, or IBP fundamentals)
Exposure to SQL, data tools, or SAP Analytics (a plus, not required)
Experience with process mapping or documentation tools
