IBM’s FutureNow Centers operate across a range of technology practices in Strategy & Transformation, including Supply Chain, Finance, Talent, Enterprise Strategy, Customer. Candidates will be thoughtfully aligned to a specific practice based on their skills, experience, and overall fit with business needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems (MIS), Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through structured, data-driven approaches
- Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, or customer operations)
- Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn and adapt across different business domains and practices
- Availability to work onsite in a collaborative delivery environment (FutureNow Center)
- Internship or early professional experience in consulting, business operations, or systems implementation

- Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
- Financial processes (GL, AP, AR)
