- Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, policy interpretation, and workforce planning.
- Coach managers through employee matters while ensuring consistent application of HR policies, employment practices, and applicable employment laws.
- Lead and support core HR initiatives including performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and change management efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes by leveraging data, audits, stakeholder feedback, and best practices to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain high standards of HRIS data integrity through regular audits, reporting, and process controls.
- Ensure personnel records, documentation, and HR files remain accurate, compliant, and properly maintained.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics that support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner cross functionally with leadership and internal stakeholders on strategic HR projects and company initiatives.
- Support additional HR programs and special projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
- Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience serving as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, organizational development, and HR best practices.
- Experience working within an HRIS platform, including reporting, analytics, data integrity, and process improvement. Experience with modern cloud based HR systems is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and execute with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success improving HR processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast paced, growth oriented environment with the ability to work independently while partnering effectively across the business.
