Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate (3 years) to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice in New York.
The ideal candidate will have prior large law firm experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters and must be admitted to the New York Bar.
This practice advises public and private company clients on a broad range of compensation and benefits issues arising in corporate transactions and day-to-day operations, including mergers and acquisitions, equity incentive arrangements, bonus and incentive compensation programs, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and other executive compensation matters. The group works closely with colleagues across the firm's corporate, tax, employment, and restructuring practices.
Experience with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefit programs is advantageous but not required.
Salary : $260,000 - $435,000
