Customer Service / Clerical Position
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, maintaining database records, filing, and copying
- Handle customer inquiries, problems, and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Use Microsoft Office programs for daily tasks
Requirements:
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance is essential
Compensation: $22–$25 per hour
