IBEW is actively hiring Journeyman Electricians and experienced Commercial/Industrial Electricians for a large project in Rock Hill, SC. We are looking for professionals with strong experience in conduit installation, feeders, and commercial or industrial construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Run and install EMT and rigid conduit (½"–4")
- Pull and terminate branch circuits and main feeders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Troubleshoot systems using multimeters, ohmmeters, and diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work meets NEC code and safety standards
- Work efficiently with crews on active construction job sites
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed work
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician OR equivalent commercial/industrial experience
- Minimum 8,000 hours of electrical experience
- 12,000 hours for Journeyman-level classification
- Strong experience in:
o Commercial electrical systems
o Industrial electrical work
o Conduit bending and installation
o Electrical construction environments
- Minimum 2 years commercial electrician experience (required)
