- Reports to the Community Based Program Coordinator.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with staff as well as clients from EL Camino Cafe.
- Provides on-going service to individuals in a caseload up to 8.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individuals vocational goals.
- Attend formal and informal training.
- Provides advocacy according to the participants’ needs.
- Provide supervision for individuals.
- Maintains up-to-date program notes and outcome notes for participants assigned daily as required by agency and OPWDD.
- As needed, transports individual to volunteer activities.
- Transports individuals back and forth to program daily.
- Maintain agency vehicles to ensure safety. Submits all gas receipts to Coordinator.
- Assists consumers in and out of the van during activities.
- Ensuring that fire safety needs are met, including participation in quarterly fire drills or as needed.
- Ensures the safety of individuals at always met.
- Attend mandatory training and/or meetings as scheduled.
- Reports and complete notables as necessary.
- Maintains up to date all training necessary, first aid and CPR certifications.
- Assist participants with El Camino Café Day to day activities, such as prepping for sandwiches, drinks and cleaning of the cafe.
- Assist individuals with volunteer opportunities to develop regular work and soft skills.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Current NY State driver’s license.
