IMC is looking to hire a Social Services LMSW PRN for the new IMC Behavioral Health unit. The LCSW acts as a Licensed Mental Health Professional and shall be an active member of the interdisciplinary team, conducting at least but not limited to: assessment and screening, development of clinical Impressions and recommendations, treatment planning and treatment plan reviews, participation in team conferences, intake and referral, provision of individual group, family and couples counseling,; as well as supervision and other clinical duties. Monitors and evaluates the performance of the social services staff (including Activity Therapy) in order to ensure quality and appropriateness of social services furnished by the facility.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work for an accredited university
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Louisiana
- Current CPR/CPI Certification
- Two years experience in Behavioral Health preferred
