We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our team in Miami.
The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Iberia offers the following benefits : Medical, dental, vision, Life & Disablity along with a 401k Plan. Salary is regionally and experience based at $18-$19 per hour.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, handling high call volumes preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
