We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to lead sales execution and retail marketing efforts across the Southern region of USA for Brooklyn Bottling Brands. You’ll be working with our distributors, and sales accounts, to ensure proper shelf positioning, promotional displays as well as handling pricing models. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage sales, distributor, and wholesaler management.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: Starting at $65,000
- Benefits: Full benefits package including paid vacation.

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to lead sales execution and retail marketing efforts across the Southern region of USA for Brooklyn Bottling Brands. You’ll be working with our distributors, and sales accounts, to ensure proper shelf positioning, promotional displays as well as handling pricing models. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage sales, distributor, and wholesaler management.
What You’ll Do
Distributor & Retail Network Management
- Further build the sales channel funnel and maintain strong relationships with our regional distributors.
- Monitor performance metrics (sales volume, coverage, compliance).
- Conduct training, ride-alongs, and joint business planning with distributor partners.
- Support and grow retail accounts including supermarkets, convenience chains, and independents.
- Ensure effective product placement, planogram adherence, and promotional execution.
- Lead merchandising efforts to increase brand visibility and availability.
- Audit stores regularly to ensure brand standards are met.
What You’ll Need
- 5 years of sales experience in the beverage or Food space. Successfully representing in MS and surrounding territories
- Proven success managing distributor relationships and retail sales in the Southern region.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of retail merchandising, sales analytics, and CRM tools.
- Travel 2 weeks per month in MS, as well travel out in the region

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related).
- Languages – English , spanish a plus
- Must live In Mississippi
