Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will manage and grow our events, community, influencer, and affiliate marketing programs, as well as oversee our TikTok Shop presence. Responsibilities also include developing and executing customer engagement strategies, managing influencer partnerships, analyzing campaign performance metrics, leading affiliate program initiatives, and creating content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Community Management and Influencer Marketing, with a strong ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Experience with Affiliate Program Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance analysis of affiliates.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop operations and expertise in creating engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for social media trends and digital marketing in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media analytics, and project management platforms.
- Prior experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
