What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative - Healthcare position at IBCCES?
This role is for candidates residing in Texas - This is a remote work position that will interface with the home office in Florida, but focus on a western US sales territory.
IBCCES is looking for a sales professional with experience presenting and speaking with high level decision makers. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or healthcare sales.
This position will successfully sell the IBCCES value proposition to generate new business and partnerships to healthcare partners such as hospitals, therapy clinics, and dental clinics, or other areas as needed.
This position will need to research and develop prospective partnerships, as well as respond to and communicate with inbound inquiries.
Travel to in person sales meetings, conferences, or the Florida office will be periodically required.
Compensation reflects a mixture of base salary and commissions. Commissions are paid based on confirmed sales, with no commission cap.
Candidate must:
· Support and nurture leads through pipeline, using organizational tools and systems
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails, networking, outreach etc.
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Close sales and achieve monthly goals
· Build pipeline and close deals
· Perform effective online and in person presentations and follow ups to prospects
· Candidate must be comfortable making phone calls and sending emails, networking, using web-based software programs for internal tracking and management, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
· Previous experience selling to the industry is a plus
Technology platforms:
· Familiarity with web-based programs such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet, CRM systems and tracking, Gmail and chat functions, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) required.
· Training and onboarding will include support on IBCCES-specific systems such as online booking calendar, CRM, LMS, etc.
