Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000 /year | Commission-Based
Position Summary
The Roofing Sales Consultant generates new business, guides homeowners through retail roofing projects, and manages the full customer lifecycle from first contact to project completion. This is an uncapped commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for motivated, relationship-driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads through preset appointments.
- Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs (ladder climbing required).
- Educate customers on retail roofing solutions, pricing, materials, and timelines.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers from initial contact through close.
- Guide homeowners through the entire project lifecycle from inspection to close.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent IBC Roofing with professionalism.
- Follow up on all outstanding leads, proposals, and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
Requirements
- Sales experience a plus but not required - we provide full training.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
