What are the responsibilities and job description for the Design Assistsnt - Model Home Team position at IBB Design Fine Furnishings?
We’re looking for an energetic, hardworking, and creative individual to join our Model Home Team. This is a hands-on role focused on bringing our award-winning model homes to life through styling, accessorizing, artwork placement, and final installation.
You’ll work alongside our designers to transform model homes into beautifully curated spaces that inspire thousands of visitors each year.
Responsibilities:
*Assist with model home installations throughout Texas
*Pull, organize, and prepare accessories, artwork, and décor from our warehouse
*Style shelves, tables, beds, and other accessories
*Assist lead designers with final touches and merchandising
*Support multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
*Passion for interior design and home décor
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Detail-oriented with a great eye for styling
*Highly organized and dependable
*Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
*Willingness to travel throughout Texas for installations
*Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving décor
*Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
