IBA Support Services/Sean Phillips Center, a community-based IDD respite facility in Loudonville, Ohio, is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with a servant’s heart to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We serve adults and children. This is more than a job, it is a calling.
Position Type: Full-time or part-time
Location: Loudonville, Ohio
Hourly Rate: Competitive pay starting at $17–$19/hour, based on experience and certifications
Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a shift rotation

What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with personal care, medication administration, and emotional well-being
- Help residents engage in life skills, recreation, and community activities
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
- Document services and uphold client rights and dignity at all times
Minimum Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with IDD or behavioral health needs
- Familiarity with Individual Service Plans (ISPs), MUI reporting
