Here at 3BB Distribution we are growing distribution center looking for customer service workers who want to grow with us! We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Sales Representative. This full-time position involves working directly with our business clients many of whom are long-term, repeat customers to assist with orders, product selection, and overall purchasing needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Help customers locate products, answer questions, and complete purchases
- Receive and prepare customer orders from lists for pickup or delivery
- Take phone and video call orders, demonstrating products and offering suggestions when appropriate
- Assist with merchandising and restocking shelves during slower periods
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operation
Position: Customer Service Associate / Sales Representative
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $14–$18 per hour (based on experience, paid weekly)
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
