We are looking for a skilled Event Host to join our team at IB Parks & Entertainment. As an Event Host, you will work closely with the Event Coordinator to create memorable experiences for our Guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to event Guests.
- Manage event room timelines with the Event Coordinator.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing Guest questions.
- Maintain a clean and tidy event room environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum age of 16.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with Guests.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask.
In terms of education, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Currently in high school is acceptable.
You will also need to be physically able to:
- Perform job functions safely and successfully.
- Lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Stand, bend, reach, and stoop during your shift.
