Position Overview
Pool Technicians at Clementon Park & Splash World are responsible for the treatment, maintenance, and cleanliness of all pools and aquatic waterways throughout the park. In this seasonal role, you will ensure our aquatic attractions meet all safety and water quality standards, keeping both guests and staff safe every day. We are looking for detail-oriented, technically minded individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
What You’ll Do
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pump rooms and all aquatic facilities
• Ensure pool chemistry is tested, adjusted, and maintained in accordance with local bather code
• Test and log pool conditions at required intervals and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Complete preventive maintenance schedules in accordance with Facilities Manager guidelines
• Backwash pools as needed to maintain proper filtration
• Maintain inventory controls for pool chemicals and testing supplies
• Diagnose and repair chemical feeders, probes, and controllers
• Maintain cleanliness of pools, surrounding decks, and aquatic equipment
• Identify and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Attention to Detail: Maintains precise records and documentation; monitors water chemistry carefully; and catches potential issues before they escalate.
• Organization: Keeps pump rooms and supply areas clean and orderly; manages chemical inventory efficiently; and follows maintenance schedules consistently.
• Communication: Coordinates effectively with supervisors and other park departments; documents findings clearly and accurately.
• Dependability: Arrives on time for every scheduled shift; completes all assigned maintenance tasks thoroughly; and takes ownership of aquatic facility conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum one year of related work experience preferred
• Certified Pool Technician or equivalent
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to maintain accurate records
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to withstand a variety of indoor and outdoor environmental conditions
• Must be available for shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
