ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Maintain the daily operation of the operation.
▪ Assists Guests as needed.
▪ Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions.
▪ Must remain up to date on all current specials and promotions of the facility.
▪ Assists in merchandising functions as needed.
▪ Cash handling functions including POS system and registers.
▪ Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
▪ Minimum 16 years of age.
▪ Must have strong customer service skills.
▪ Excellent multi-tasking skills.
▪ Must be able to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
▪ Basic math skills as they apply to cash handling.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
▪ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and be able to stand for long periods of time.
▪ Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights.
▪ Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed.
