The Job
Help keep the Skyroom Restaurant and catered events running smoothly by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, stocking supplies, and supporting the service team. Training is provided—great for first-time workers (and minors where permitted).
What You’ll Do
· Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly (dishes, trash, linens, place settings)
· Keep dining room, service stations, and event areas clean and organized
· Refill/restock supplies (napkins, cups, utensils, condiments, beverages)
· Assist with event set-up and tear-down (tables, chairs, linens, service stations)
· Help servers and kitchen team by running items or assisting as needed
· Follow food safety and sanitation standards
· Respond to spills promptly and keep walkways safe
· Support opening/closing side work (trash removal, sweeping/mopping, wiping surfaces)
