We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our family-owned Italian grocery and assist the Executive Chef with daily operations in our grocery store kitchen. If you’re interested, we would love to hear from you!

The Kitchen Manager contributes to the company’s operation and success by assisting the Executive Chef with responsibilities with food quality, sanitation, inventory control, staff supervision, production scheduling, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and the ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The Kitchen Manager’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily kitchen operations
• Working directly under the Executive Chef and following direction at all times
• Managing 10–15 kitchen employees
• Ensuring staff follows recipes, schedules, and procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
• Assisting with prep, production, and overall kitchen workflow
The Kitchen Manager’s work hours will be 6 days per week (50-55 hour work week).
The ideal candidate for the Kitchen Manager position:
• Minimum 5 years kitchen management experience
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong knife skills required
• Must be able to operate common commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to lead a fast-paced kitchen environment
