Job Summary
The Fund Office is currently seeking a Participant Services Representative in our Benefit Department.
This role will handle all inquiries from participants, or from organizations making inquiries on behalf of participants, including phone calls, email, written request, facsimile, walk-in or via our website on all Funds related matters
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for the following related to the Fund Office benefit plans:
- Process participant calls and take care of necessary follow-up
- Handle all carrier issues
- Handle all participant inquiries (Health & Welfare, Pension, Annuity, Website)
- Generate participant work history reports
- Additional duties and tasks as may be assigned by management personnel
Qualifications and Skills
- High School education or some College preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service preferred
- Experience working with and knowledge of Health and Welfare Benefits
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Good computer skills
