TITLE: Maintenance Technician II or III
SHIFT: Night Shift (7:00pm - 7:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation)

As a Maintenance Technician II or III at Iatric Manufacturing Solutions, you will be a key member of our maintenance team, ensuring that production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to support our mission of delivering high‑quality products
Maintenance Tech II candidates will focus on equipment setup, validation, repair, and upkeep. You’ll perform technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive projects while contributing to process improvements.
Maintenance Tech III candidates will take on advanced responsibilities, including leading complex troubleshooting, repair strategies, predictive monitoring, and root cause analysis. You’ll partner with planning and improvement teams and complete rebuild work orders to optimize performance.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintenance Technician II
Troubleshoot and repair high‑speed converting equipment
Inspect and maintain slitters, unwinders, and rewinders
Perform preventive maintenance, equipment changeovers, and process improvements
Use precision tools and EAM software to track work orders
Mentor Level I mechanics and support training
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Maintenance Technician III
Lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Develop predictive maintenance strategies (vibration, thermography, oil sampling)
Optimize converting line performance through upgrades and rebuilds
Maintain reliability logs and drive continuous improvement
Provide technical expertise, training, and support across maintenance levels
Perform light metal fabrication as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Maintenance Technician II
Vocational/technical certificate or AS degree and 1 years of industrial maintenance experience, OR 3 years in maintenance
Willingness to enroll in technical certification program within first year of employment
Intermediate experience with machine controls troubleshooting
Proficiency with precision measurement tools and mechanical diagnostics
Strong understanding of paper handling systems and tension control
Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
Maintenance Technician III
5 years of mechanical maintenance experience (paper converting preferred)
Advanced technical certification or AS degree in mechanical/electrical maintenance
Expertise in TPM, predictive/preventive maintenance, and equipment efficiency metrics
Deep knowledge of converting equipment (slitters, sheeters, rewinders, wrappers)
Strong analytical skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams
Experience in fabrication; certification in predictive maintenance or reliability engineering preferred
Shared Requirements (Tech II & III)
Proficiency with precision measurement tools and diagnostics
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and OSHA guidelines (preferred)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with reliable attendance
