TEAM CDL A DRIVERS WANTED
LIMITED TEAM POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are hiring experienced CDL A TEAM drivers looking for consistent miles, strong earnings, and a company that truly supports drivers. These are long-term, dedicated positions for professional teams.
WHAT WE OFFER
- 5,500–7,000 team miles per week
- Dry Van, no-touch freight
- Late-model, well-maintained trucks (Volvo / Freightliner)
- Consistent dispatch and reliable lanes
PAY OPTIONS (BASED ON DRIVER SKILL & EXPERIENCE)
Option 1: Fixed Weekly Pay
- $1,800 – $3,000 per driver, per week
- Stable and predictable weekly income
Option 2: Per Mile Pay
- $0.75 – up to $1.00 CPM
- Pay rate determined by experience, performance, and safety record
- Weekly direct deposit, always on time
- Transparent settlements with no hidden deductions
TEAM DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 Years OTR Experience
- Clean Driving Record
- No Accidents or Moving Violations in the Past 2 Years
- Must Pass Background Check
- No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) History
