We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Executive who shares our commitment to exceptional client service and takes pride in being knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and proactive.

Position Summary

The Personal Lines Account Executive is responsible for servicing and managing all aspects of existing personal lines client accounts. This role involves working closely with clients, carriers, and the agency team to ensure policies are properly maintained, client questions are answered promptly, and coverage continues to meet each client's evolving needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys building client relationships, communicates professionally, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of existing personal lines policies, including policy changes, endorsements, coverage adjustments, and other servicing needs.

Provide knowledgeable, personalized assistance to clients and clearly explain policy coverages, options, and changes.

Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests, and concerns.

Document all transactions, client conversations, policy changes, and follow-up activities accurately in the agency management system.

Identify and resolve client issues while escalating matters when appropriate.

Review existing policies prior to renewal to identify significant changes in the client's needs and ensure coverage continues to provide appropriate value.

Handle rewrites related to non-renewals and cancellations when necessary.

Respond to and manage carrier underwriting requests on established policies.

Quote and write overflow new business as needed.

Assist clients who visit the office and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

Apply and process client payments.

Assist with overflow incoming calls.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and client service.

Work collaboratively with the agency team to ensure clients receive consistent, timely, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

Required:

Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Property & Casualty License.

1–3 years of experience quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines insurance, including:

Homeowners

Auto

Umbrella

Watercraft

Experience using an agency management system.

Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Preferred, but not required:

Experience working with high-net-worth clients.

Experience working with non-admitted or specialty insurance carriers.

Experience with complex personal lines accounts.

This is an in-office position in Tampa, Florida with hybrid opportunity up to 2 days per week after training based on performance, experience, and demonstrated ability to work independently.
