About the Role
IAR Group, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Receiving and Inventory role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ERP systems and a commitment to accuracy, in full compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.
This is a single open role that may be filled at Level I, II, or III, depending on qualifications and experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments/deliveries and verify contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
- Inspect received materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Accurately enter receiving and shipping transactions into the ERP.
- Verify incoming materials against BOMs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy tied to BOMs.
- Label materials and stage materials correctly.
- Support BOM-driven production schedules.
- Maintain organized staging, storage, and warehouse areas.
- Operate pallet jacks, as required.
- Observe all safety rules, applicable regulations, and relevant ISO standards.
- And any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values.
Requirements for All Levels:
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements at Level I:
- Receiving system experience is required.
- One (1) year of experience is required.
Requirements at Level II:
- Manufacturing Management System experience is required.
- There (3) years of experience is required.
Requirements at Level III:
- INFOR experience is required.
- M3 experience is a plus.
- Five (5) years of experience is required.
