We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Utility Operator. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to be part of a company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork while contributing to the production of high-quality, value-added materials.
Specific responsibilities may include:
· Accurate and timely recording of loading and unloading information.
· Operates the Bulk Bag loader and inspect the equipment for any leakage inside and outside the building (Silos).
· Use of accurate and proper loading practices of loading railcars and trucks.
· Safe operation of fork lift in executing duties.
· Use available time to assist other departments with material flow.
· Provide support to inventory control operations, including periodic inventory counts and maintaining organization of product on the floor into designated areas.
· Load and unload pallets from trucks safely.
· Dispose of scrapped material in an approved manner and keep accurate scrap logs.
· Keep assigned areas clean.
· Light housekeeping duties.
· Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner and turn in to proper location.
· Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to API Q1/ISO 9001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.
· Understand the implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
· Other duties as assigned.
Forklift experience required.
