The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering more than just our cannabis products – an experience, a smile, and reliability, is your gateway to making a tangible difference in our patients’ lives. Your key responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before departure, ensuring it meets safety standards for delivering goods
- Pack and load products onto vehicles according to company specifications and requirements
- Deliver timely and accurate goods to patients following set and established routes, ensuring effectiveness and promptness
- Maintain consistent communication with the Dispatcher
- Review deliveries with patients to ensure their ordered products meet their needs and obtain delivery confirmations from each patient
- Collect cash payments from patients for each delivery in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record within company guidelines
- Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and stay updated with company protocols
- Serve as a company brand ambassador to represent the brand appropriately
- Follow and implement the company’s core values including respect, diversity, sustainability, research, and service
- Adhere to iAnthus' cultural principles of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Assist with retail operations if needed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications Education:
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must consent to a criminal background check
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Delivery Driver
- Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of valid auto insurance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
- Reliability is a must
- Meticulous organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Computer-savvy, with a knack for quickly mastering new technologies and systems
