Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from the moment they enter our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong and quite organizational skills for our Chiropractic office environments, allowing them to effectively manage patient interactions and administrative tasks.
Duties
- Serve as the second point of contact for patients, guiding them to rooms and assisting in patient therapies, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication regarding patient care plans.
- Educate patients about procedures, treatments, and follow-up care as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance with an all-black uniform scurb.
