We currently operates over 45 Outpatient Physical and Occupation Therapy locations throughout Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii.

· Current CPR certification required; employee is responsible for maintaining active certification for the duration of employment.
· Current tuberculosis (TB) test required; employee is responsible for maintaining in accordance with state guidelines for the duration of employment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
