Group Facilitator – Inspire, Educate, Empower!
IamHER is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Group Facilitators for our during-school, after-school, and summer programs. If you are ready to empower middle school girls, foster confidence, and create meaningful experiences, this role is for you!
About the Role
As a Group Facilitator, you will lead interactive and engaging sessions that provide middle school girls with essential life skills, mentorship, and a strong sense of self-worth. Whether working during the school day, after school, or in our summer programs, you will create a supportive space where girls feel heard, valued, and empowered.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate engaging discussions and hands-on activities aligned with IamHER’s mission
- Encourage self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork among participants
- Lead lessons on financial education, communication skills, conflict resolution, personal growth, and more
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where every girl feels valued
- Serve as a positive role model while bringing energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every session
Job Details
- Hours: Varies by program (during school, after school, and summer)
- Pay: $16/hour
- Commitment: Up to 10 hours per week, with shifts during school, after school, and summer programming opportunities
- Location: Local middle schools and community sites
