Duties
- Select products from designated storage areas based on order specifications with precision and speed
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
- Organize and stock shelves or storage areas to maintain a clean, accessible workspace
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and updating records accordingly
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management
- Willingness to learn safety procedures and warehouse operations
- Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
