IAD AUTO INC, an independent and established auto dealership serving the Washington, DC area for over 35 years, is seeking an experienced and driven Auto Sales Representative to join our high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
- Develop expertise in automotive products, technology, and industry trends.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and voicemail.
- Set appointments with online inquiries and walk-in clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience.
- Previous experience in sales (retail, inside, outside) is preferred but not required.
