You’ll be based in our Brook Park location, operating out of a large, high-capacity kitchen with upcoming upgrades and major growth potential. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can learn the business, build a team, and position yourself to run your own location.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Operation (with support)
- Drive daily performance in sales, labor, and cost control
- Take ownership of execution, accuracy, and efficiency

Lead From the Front
- Set the standard for performance, urgency, and accountability
- Coach underperformers and develop strong team members

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Base Salary:
$52,000 – $65,000 annually
Performance Bonus:
Earn an additional 8–12% annually based on:
- Sales and growth performance
- Labor and food cost control
- Operational accuracy and execution
- Team performance and retention
Total Compensation Potential: ~$56,000 – $72,000
Career Path (Performance-Based)
- Assistant General Manager
- General Manager (~$75K with higher bonus structure)

Requirements
Experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, or a high-volume environment
- Experience managing teams, not just working on one
Leadership
- You hold people accountable and don’t avoid tough conversations
- You lead by example and set the pace for the team
- You can motivate, coach, and improve team performance
Operations
- Strong understanding of scheduling, labor control, and efficiency
- Experience with inventory, ordering, and cost management
- Ability to learn and apply financial performance metrics

Flexibility & Travel
