Overview:
A well-established engineering consulting organization is seeking several senior-level engineering leaders to support and guide complex infrastructure projects across multiple regions. Technical Focus:
- Heavy emphasis on structural design (foundations, framing systems, materials)
- Experience working with a variety of materials including steel, wood, and composites
- Exposure to large-scale linear infrastructure or similar systems preferred
- Background supporting full project lifecycles (design through execution) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering execution across large or multi-project programs
- Prepare, review, and approve complex engineering designs and calculations
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality deliverables
- Mentor and develop engineering teams
- Act as technical lead and provide oversight across disciplines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support project pursuits and contribute to proposal efforts
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or utility-related projects
- Strong understanding of design tools, routing/layout concepts, and structural analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally with construction, procurement, and permitting teams
- Background in project estimating or proposal development is a plus

- Must be able to work from the office the first 90 days and then hybrid thereafter
Compensation:
- Base salary $150,000 - $295,000

Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience with industry-standard design software
- Must have PLS CADD
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
