- Step into operational roles on short notice to cover for absent team members.
- Perform assigned tasks according to departmental procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors to understand daily coverage needs and priorities.
- Uphold safety, compliance, and company policies always.
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Step into various production roles, including assembly line, material handling, and inspection, as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Shift Details: 8-hour shift: Includes 1 Break (15 minutes) and 1 lunch (30 minutes), scheduled at the Supervisor’s Discretion.
- Environment: Industrial setting with moderate exposure to noise and dust. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
