NH Emergency Room Technician

Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a RN in the ER setting. Performs general nursing assistant duties and able to work with the age specific populations according to the age and setting. Registers patients in the Emergency Department and Registration area, enters charges and completes hospital-required paperwork. Assists in Medical-Surgical and SDS/Operating Room area as needed and training completed. Successful completion of a Nurse Aide Course Stat of Iowa nurse's aide registry listing as "Active" or eligible Experience: Previous experience as nurse's aide in hospital setting preferred or Nursing Student.
