What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Wash Bay Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Prepare and wash vehicles for service
- Pay close attention to debris such as road tar and environmental particles
- Perform washing and claying of vehicles
- Follow instructions, procedures, and processes to maintain consistent service quality
- Maintain strong attention to detail
- Properly check and maintain equipment to avoid damage to customer vehicles
We’re looking for someone who:
- Learns new tasks and processes quickly and accurately
- Stands out for their ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Is recognized for their reliability and consistency in following established processes
- Has basic knowledge of how to wash a vehicle
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- English proficiency requirement (if applicable): Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication with team members and supervisors
