What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Wash Bay Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Prepare and wash vehicles for services
- Identify and remove debris such as road tar and environmental particles
- Perform washing, claying, and surface preparation
- Follow detailed instructions, procedures, and processes to maintain service quality
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting shop operations
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their strong attention to detail
- Stands out for their ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately
- Demonstrates strong consistency in following procedures and maintaining quality
- Is recognized for their reliability and strong work ethic
- Has experience in vehicle washing, detailing, or related hands‑on work environments
- (If needed) Beginner, intermediate, or advanced English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with team members and customers on a daily basis
