What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS.
- Assist in the preparation of external reporting deliverables, including audited financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure proper reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with business units and regional finance teams to gather financial data and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC).
- Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audit requests and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Stands out for their Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion) as well as advanced Excel skills;
- Experience in a multi-national corporation or shared services environment.
- Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
