Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Fall T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community—while earning extra income on the weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games at Town Creek Middle School
- Ensure Coaches are teaching the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
- Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches
- Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the i9 Sports culture
- Ensure games are organized, on time, and enjoyable for all families

- Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
- Saturday availability (September - November 8am-12pm) Additional time may be available if you would also like to referee flag football or soccer as well.
