Site Manager
This Youth Sports Coordinator position would work towards becoming Novato Site Manager in the Fall. The Site Manager oversees all staff, customers and sport programming on game-day ($25/hour).

Responsibilities
- Assist parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 3-14 focusing on fundamentals and skill development across multiple sports - soccer, flag football, t-ball, basketball, volleyball
- Facilitate and referee games - understand rules, keep score and time, focus on player improvement, be vocal and have a coaching mindset!
- Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship values
- Engage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experience
- Have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sports: soccer, flag football, baseball, basketball, volleyball
- Have experience working with kids
- Are skilled at delivering positive customer service - are you outgoing, high energy, positive, upbeat!?
- Have confidence and a strong presence to lead staff and handle customer interactions on gameday
- Able to work weekends in Novato
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment. This job will not be boring!
- Teach you how to communicate with many different types of people - kids, parents, coaches, etc.
