Job Summary
The Cheerleading Coach is a hands-on role responsible for leading young athletes and providing instruction in cheerleading fundamentals. The Cheerleading Coach helps deliver the i9 Sports Experience by creating a fun, positive, and encouraging environment while promoting confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The Cheerleading Coach helps deliver the i9 Sports Experience by creating a fun, positive, and encouraging environment while promoting confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Lead practice sessions focused on cheerleading fundamentals, basic motions, chants, coordination, and fun
- Teach and demonstrate core values including teamwork, positivity, and good sportsmanship
- Guide athletes through simple routines, cheers, and sideline engagement activities
- With the help of established platforms, communicate practice and game day information to players and parents
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and strong customer service skills while supporting a fun youth sports environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)
