Job Summary
The Baseball Coordinator oversees our TBall and Coach Pitch divisions (ages 3-6) to ensure a high-quality introduction to the sport for our youngest athletes. You will bridge the gap between our mission and our families while providing hands-on technical support and mentorship to our volunteer coaches. From demonstrating fundamentals and assisting with drills to managing game-day logistics like field setup and scheduling, you will play an important role in delivering a safe, high-energy, and organized i9 Sports experience for all participants.

Responsibilities
- Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)
