Job Summary
The Camp Counselor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes during Nike Kids Camps powered by i9 Sports and/or i9 Sports sports-specific camp programming. The counselor provides instruction and is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities
- Lead camp sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values
- With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
- Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with kids in a sports environment preferred
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a camp schedule (daytime only, no overnight), Monday through Friday
