- Be comfortable with disciplining kids according to our system.
- Be comfortable working with a team of people to ensure the safety of a group of children ranging from 15 children to 45 children!
- Being coachable and taking constructive criticism as we attempt to coach you on how to execute a good after school program.
- Watch over children to ensure they are listening, following rules, and not acting out.
- Must enjoy being with children
- Be active enough to play games with the children
- Must be approachable. The kids must feel comfortable around you in order for them to interact/pay with you.
