Soccer Coordinator
The position of Sports Coordinator entails the responsibility of elevating the i9 Sports Experience for both players and coaches. The primary focus of this role is to cultivate strong connections with players, parents, and coaches, ensuring the seamless delivery of the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience. A key aspect of the role involves closely observing, assessing, and providing assistance to our coaches. The Sports Coordinator will be actively involved in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of volunteer coaches by empowering them to lead practice sessions with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, skill development, and enjoyment.
- Instruct and exemplify core concepts, including the values of sportsmanship.
- Oversee the overall operations of the designated sport on game day, ensuring a smooth and well-organized event. Maintain a consistently positive attitude and exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.- Sport-specific coaching experience and comprehensive knowledge in the relevant field.
- Highly motivated and capable of initiating tasks independently while adeptly solving problems.
- Demonstrated awareness and ability to take charge of any situation, prioritizing player safety above all.
- Display a positive attitude and possess strong capabilities in building and nurturing professional relationships.
- Flexibility to work on all scheduled Saturdays throughout the season. Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check is mandatory.
