We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join the plant maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment while following all plant safety and maintenance procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills, be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

• Night shift preferred
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Fixed B or D shift schedule
• Week begins on Sunday
• Alternating 36/48-hour schedule
• Schedule includes rotating work and days off throughout the week

• Maintain manufacturing equipment in compliance with plant safety requirements.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues using logical problem-solving techniques.
• Repair and replace faulty mechanical and electrical components as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to address equipment problems.
• Follow all required safety procedures, including LOTO, PPE, confined space, and hot work permits.
• Develop familiarity with plant equipment and machinery to effectively troubleshoot problems.
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management and the maintenance team.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and assigned work areas.
• Perform physically demanding and/or dirty maintenance work when required.
• Use maintenance manuals, training resources, and technical documentation when needed.
• Continue developing technical knowledge through training and hands-on learning.
• Organize daily work efficiently to meet maintenance priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and dependable approach when working with team members.
• Identify and address potential safety issues immediately.

The ideal candidate is a dependable and safety-focused multi-craft maintenance professional with strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities. The candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and working a fixed overnight schedule.
